Customer Service Announcment
We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties.
We have recently migrated to a new platform which has been designed give our customers a better service and quality of call. The migration was planned to be phased in over the coming 6 months, but due to unforeseen complications on the current platform it has had to be implemented immediately.
This has caused some PIN numbers to give an invalid message when trying to access the new call platform. Our technicians are working to rectify these issues and migrate all existing customer PINs to the new platform in a timely manner.
These issues have also caused heavy traffic to our customer care centre and our service team are doing their very best to answer all calls in a timely manner but due to the unforeseen nature of the problem this is not always possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are working vigilantly to solve the outstanding issues.
