HOW TO USE YOUR 1300 WOOLIES CALLING CARDS

You've purchased a card now how do you use it?
The 1300 Woolies calling cards are extremely easy to use its as simply as:

1. DIAL 1300woolies (1300 966 543) Local call or mobile fees apply
   
   
2. Enter the PIN number as it appears on your 1300Woolies voucher, followed by
   the # (hash) key 
   
   OR
   
   Press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Representative
   
   
3. ENTER THE NUMBER YOU WISH TO CALL NOW
   (NOTE: For international calls dial 0011 + country code + city code
   + phone number)

Personal Administration
There is also a Personal Administration menu attached to each card, to access
Press ** (star) after entering you PIN number.

Once you are in the Personal Administration menu you will have the following
options available.

Press 1 for balance transfer

Please enter the PIN number you wish to transfer from.
Press 1 to complete the transfer

Press 2 to hear your current pre-paid balance

Press 3 to hear your account expiration date

Press 4 to place a call

Press 5 to review or change existing speed dials

Enter the speed dial number you wish to change or press the #(hash) key to review the entire list Press the *(star) key to return to the main menu

Press 6 to add a new speed dial

Select a two digit number between 10 and 99
Enter the phone number you wish to assign to this speed dial, followed by the #(hash) key

Press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Representative
