HOW TO USE YOUR 1300 WOOLIES CALLING CARDS

It's as simple as:

1. Dial your local access phone number or dial 1300woolies on 1300 966 543 ($0.02 per minute surcharge applies to 1300 966 543 access only)

(Local or Mobile call fees apply)

2. Press 1 to speak with Customer Service
Press 2 to go to the Main Menu

3. Enter your PIN number followed by #

4. Press 1 to make a call
Press 2 to go to the Personal Administration menu
Press 3 to speak with Customer Service

5. Enter the phone number you wish to call followed by #
(For national calls, dial area code + phone number.
For international calls, dial 0011 + country code + area code + phone number)

Personal Administration Menu

Once your enter the Personal Administration menu, you will have following options available:

Press 1 for Balance transfer - Enter the PIN you wish to transfer the balance from
The system will confirm your new balance
(Please note – in order to successfully complete a balance transfer, you must enter the PIN number of the card that you wish to continue to use at Step 2)

Press 2 to hear your current pre-paid balance

Press 3 to hear your account expiry date

Press 4 to place a call

Press 5 to add a new speed dial – Enter the phone number to be saved as a speed dial followed by #
The system will confirm "you entered speed dial phone number ……. on to PIN number ……
To use this speed dial press … (the system will automatically assign the speed dial number between 0 & 9 to be used) after you have entered your PIN

Press 6 to review or change existing speed dials
· Press 1 to hear your speed dials
· Press 2 to change a speed dial - Enter the speed dial number you wish to change followed by #.
To remove this speed dial press 1
The system will confirm the number has been removed
To change this speed dial press 2 - Enter replacement phone number followed by #
The system will confirm the number has been changed


Press 7 to return to the administration menu

Press 8 to return to the main menu

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Authorise your telephone number to your 1300Woolies account and you will never have to enter your PIN number again!
