HOW TO USE YOUR 1300 WOOLIES $10 CALLING CARD

You've purchased a card now how do you use it?
The 1300 Woolies $10 calling card is extremely easy to use its as simply as:

1. DIAL 1300woolies (1300 966 5437) Local call fee applies
   
   
2. PRESS 1 TO MAKE A CALL
   
   PRESS 2 FOR CUSTOMER CARE
   
   
3. ENTER THE PIN NUMBER AS APPEARS ON YOUR EPAY PAPER VOUCHER
   (May be also refereed to as authorisation code)
   
   
4. ENTER THE NUMBER YOU WANT TO CALL
   (NOTE: For international calls dial 0011 + country code + city code
   + phone number)

Personal Administration

There is also a Personal Administration section attached to each card, to access
Press * (Star button) after entering your Authorisation code.

Once you are in the Personal Administration section you will have the
following options available.

Press 2 - For your account balance

Press 7 - For a Customer Care Representative

Press 0 - To change your Language Options

Press 1 - For English
Press 2 - For Japanese
Press 3 - For Mandarin
Press 4 - For Cantonese
Press 5 - For Indonesian
Press 6 - For Malay
Press 7 - For Greek
Press 8 - For Italian
Press 9 - For Korean
Press 0 - For Turkish

Press 9 - To Exit Personal Administration

You will then return and will be asked to ENTER THE NUMBER YOU WANT TO CALL.
